Throughout the day, drink a combination of 2 teaspoons of ACV with 16 ounces of water. This also allegedly helps to lower bad cholesterols caused by triglycerides. And if you’re feeling fatigued from your latest workout, surprise surprise, ACV can help with that too! The amino acids in ACV counteract the build-up of lactic acid—usually brought on by exercise or extreme stress—that can cause fatigue.
